ACS Medical LLC reorder system will allow us to contact you every 3 months to inform you of which supplies you are eligible for through your insurance at that time. 

Replacing your CPAP / BiPAP supplies on a regular basis is essential for proper operation of your equipment. 

Routinely changing your CPAP / BiPAP supplies is important to the success of your treatment and longevity of your machine. 

It is important to keep your equipment clean in order to prevent bacterial growth and to decrease the chance of infections.

The schedule below lists the common products used with your CPAP / BiPAP which require replacing:

ACS Medical offers a compliance-focused approach to resupply. In our attempt to assist you with long term success of PAP therapy we realize the importance of a comprehensive and consistent re-supply program. Sleep apnea therapy equipment requires regular maintenance and replacement to maintain comfortable, effective therapy. ACS Medical re-supply program is an easy and efficient way to manage your mask resupply needs. We help patients stay comfortable and receive the full benefits of their therapy by contacting you at regular intervals. 

ACS Medical resupply program welcomes current equipment patients and new patients that already have PAP devices but are looking for a local, non-automated system for supply replacement. We will bill your insurance and we offer a large variety of masks through our program.  

Follow up calls are made locally by our staff in Urbandale and Lincoln. We will have access to your PAP download if your machine is equipped with a modem, do not hesitate to ask any questions during this follow up phone call. If we do not have access to your modem ask us how to transfer the data to ACS Medical. 

We will submit supply claims to your insurance company and we offer a wide variety of supply choices to choose from.

If you’re the type that likes to come in and pick up supplies directly you can do that as well. We keep a warehouse full of the most popular brands or if you have a unique mask we stock it for your arrival. Walk-ins are always welcome!

We have the ability to ship your medical supplies as needed every month and deliver right to your doorstep! 

The privacy and ease of our service is something we are pleased to offer our clients. Your Insurance will allow a certain amount each month and our trained staff can keep track of this and take the worry out of the billing.

Our goal at ACS Medical is to attain compliance for all users. A strong component of compliance is a clean well-kept delivery system. Tubing, masks and humidifier chambers are susceptible to bacteria growth and it is our recommendation to follow the above replacement schedule. The risk of infection, mask deterioration, and mask leak is all better controlled with a well-scheduled cleaning and replacement program.

Shipping Information:

There are no hidden fees associated with our resupply for CPAP and BiPAP items. 

If any returns or exchanges are needed, this will be at the expense of the client and not ACS Medical LLC.

Return Policy:

ACS Medical LLC must be contacted within 5 days of receiving your order. Any shipping charges associated with the return or exchange will be at the expense of the client.
